Every Community Manager needs to create a budget for their clients. The following template includes two plans with some tasks of community management:

Basic Plan

Part-Time Community Manager & Two Social Media Channels

Content publication on social media channels (Every day and weekends)
Content Creation – writing on blog post every week and creating textual material for social media channels
Creation of one contest on social media channels
Social Costumer Service: costumer support to social media fans, answering questions from Twitter or Facebook
Social Media Engagement – increase brand visibility, engage customers, build relationships

Full Plan

Full-time Community Manager & Four Social Media Channels

Content publication on social media channels (Every day)
Content Creation – writing two blog posts every week and creating textual material for social media channels
Marketing strategy
Creation of one or two contests on social media channels
Social Costumer Service: costumer support to social media fans, answering questions from Twitter or Facebook
Design of social media material (Branded Content publications)
Social Media Monitoring
Social Media Engagement – increase brand visibility, engage customers, build relationships
Social Media Advertising (Facebook and Twitter Ads)
